We take pride in creating custom, made-to-order products just for you! Due to the unique nature of personalized items, please review our return policy below:
- All Sales Are Final: Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- Order Accuracy: Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, colors, sizes, etc.) before placing your order. Once an order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with the personalization, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund, if applicable.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by shipping carriers. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.
- Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes required by their country.
